A glimpse into my postpartum buildup! Learning how to manage motherhood and training with a six month old brings a whole new element to the track. Hoping to share a bit of my pregnancy/postpartum journey via my YouTube channel, check out Episode 1 (& subscribe to stay in the loop)! Not as much running for me these days, but still making it to the track. I’ve been so inspired by all the mom track stars tearing it up this year, and it gives me hope that I can be back out there one day as well. I’ve loved following and hearing other women’s journeys and so in the spirit of women supporting women here we go!
