Great athletes don’t just train their bodies—they train their minds. This self-paced course is designed to help you develop the mental tools elite performers rely on every day. Whether you struggle with race anxiety, inconsistent focus, or self-doubt, this course will guide you through practical strategies to build confidence, stay composed under pressure, and connect with what drives you. Backed by my experience as a 13-year professional athlete, this course is packed with real-world insights, exercises, and mindset shifts you can start applying immediately—so you can compete with clarity, purpose, and belief.

Course Includes:

Four x 90 minute sessions
+ a follow up call, covering the following topics:

  • Set yourself up for success: Discover all the pieces of the puzzle that make up a resilient athlete. Build a support team and examine your daily routines that form the foundation of a mentally and physically healthy athlete. Including valuable frameworks for post competition reflection both alone & with your support team.

  • Reprogram your mindset so you can overcome self doubt and compete with confidence. Learn how to silence your inner critic utilizing a blend of proven scientific techniques to observe, reframe and replace negative self talk combined with valuable personal experience.

  • Develop a solution oriented mindset that is prepared to take on any unexpected challenges that may arise quickly and efficiently utilizing techniques from top performers in the world. Learn about effective goal setting, how to move through unexpected challenges by staying focused on what you can control, feel prepared by identifying common distractions and have a plan in place to protect your emotional and physical “energy tank” both in and out of competition.

  • Learn how to bounce back from setbacks stronger than before so you can become the most resilient version of yourself. Take a deep dive into what drives you apart from how you perform, identify your values and strengths to formulate your “why” and examine all the different parts of your identity that give you value, win or lose.

  • Experience the power of gratitude and visualization techniques to get your mind right before a big competition.
